Breath is one of the most powerful tools I have discovered for healing and gaining intuitive insight…and yet the most simple.
The connected conscious breathing technique I utilise in this practise, not only has a therapeutic affect on the physical aspects of our bodies but also the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
Many people (including myself) describe this ancient practise as one of the most profound and powerful experiences of their lives.
I am devoted to holding safe space for my clients to expand, release and transform by combining connected breathing techniques with energy work such as bioenergy healing and reiki. This work has changed my life and I am soo excited and grateful to be able to offer this service to my community.
I am available to work from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. Or alternatively you are welcome to attend my house where I create a warm welcoming space for you to have your session. The sessions run for 2 hours or just under.

Tuning into your energetic field allows me to read your aura and connect in with your higher self, where your innate wisdom and inner guidance systems are governed.
There is also an opportunity to receive messages from passed loved ones, guides, angels and ascended masters.
Through these potent messages we can reflect, uncover and reveal parts of your journey that you are being called to connect with.
These one on one sessions are carried out via video chat and post the session I will scan through your notes and Aura Reading Chart.
It is an absolute honour and pleasure to connect into these higher realms and be a bridge between you and your spirit guides, angels and god (source, universal energy, the divine, YOU).

In order to step into and claim the inherent power that resides within us, we must first be willing to let go of conditioned belief systems and false judgments that we have accumulated over the years that are obscuring our true essence and power.
We are all programmed with subconscious patterns through childhood that can often end up blocking our true essence and nature as adults. As a result, as we grow and mature through life we can often feel like we are living out of alignment with ourselves and the deepest aspects of our true essence.

Using a combination of smudging (sacred smoke), sound healing (bells, shakers, crystal vibrations) and prayer we can move stagnant old and low vibrational energy in your space that can accumulate over time, whether it be a new home, room that a flatmate has moved out of, office space, studio, garage… etc
A clearing can help lift the energy of a room creating more space for creativity and productivity, it can also help with sleep and general well being. It is beneficial for plants and animals living in the spaces too.

The process involves being guided through the breathwork technique, after a brief conversation around your intention for the session, then laying down on your back in a comfortable position, there is music playing designed to motivate and support your breathwork journey and breathing, concluding with the rest period and integration.
The practise is extremely safe and you are in control the entire time.

The aura is an electromagnetic energy field that surrounds people as well as plants, animals and non living objects such as crystals, stones, even fire and water.
Aura colours are caused by vibrations. Every atom and molecule in the universe translates itself into patterns. The patterns emanate from the body as vibrations and when I tune into this field these vibrations are perceived as colours. Each frequency or colour vibration attunes to certain attributes; emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.
The aura is also directly connected to the chakras and can often be seen as originating from the chakras, subsequently projecting and blending outwards creating an egg shaped field around the body. We can therefore learn a lot from this field in terms of chakra activations and blockages.
During the channeling process I first tune into your energetic field, I make notes about colours, positions, blockages or anything else that may appear.

This is where we play in the shadow (the subconscious’ playground), extracting limiting belief systems and thought programming.
When we can create awareness around these systems we empower ourselves to change the narrative!
Its a combination of talk therapy, divination and energy work, we continue to dissolve limiting belief systems, while conjuring up your inner guidance and innate wisdom.
