I am a certified breathwork practitioner, channel and intuitive guide based in Aotearoa.

I am mega passionate about holding safe, supportive… and empowering space where my clients can release pain and trauma, gain clarity and heal in a way that promotes personal and spiritual growth.

My process is tailored to each of my client’s needs but centres around tuning into energy and spirit. Through this process I create a bridge where guidance can be received and shared, connecting clients more deeply to their higher self.

I believe the connection we have with ourself is a gift and through strengthening this relationship, magic is born.

Supporting people on their healing and self discovery journey is my absolute jam! Being of service in this way is my soul’s calling, my true north, my purpose here. And I am soo dedicated to this path. My intention is to conjure up your own innate wisdom and inner magic!

I am deeply in love with all things ‘woo-woo’ - divination, energy healing, channeling etc. BUT I really give a sh*t about the science behind what I do, too. I am endlessly researching and learning about the quantum field, energy mechanics and psychology. I marry the weird and unseen with science and realism.
